The District exudes a sophisticated modern style with a color palette of neutral colors mixed with tones of golds and blues. The client wanted the space to feel inviting and comfortable which was achieved through the use of warm colors, lighting and décor. The clubhouse includes a large, state-of-the-art fitness center with an open ceiling and masculine mural that inspires motivation. The interior blends with the exterior contemporary architecture.
