Inspired by the small-town charm of Smyrna, Tennessee, our client and interior design team collaborated to create an environment that would appeal to Elan Smyrna’s young professional target market, blending familiar elements with modern design.

The interior aesthetic complements the farmhouse-style architecture with an industrial flair, featuring neutral and subdued colors, as well as wood and steel finishes. Location-specific train art, natural elements, and a mix of abstract pieces enhance the overall style, while clean-lined furnishings and textured fabrics help ground the amenities throughout.

Upon entering the 5,000-square-foot clubhouse, you are greeted with a warm and friendly reception space, complete with a built-in leasing desk and a wood and tile feature wall behind it. To the right is the business center, featuring a conference room and client-requested micro-offices, an amenity that attracts this target market.

To maximize space, the clubroom and kitchenette spaces behind reception are designed to offer high functionality through their open layout, along with a two-tier kitchen island, ideal for group events.

Additional resident amenity spaces include a fitness center, pool, pet spa, mail and package rooms, and a covered veranda.
