This Active Adult community is a single building anchored with 10,000 square feet of amenity space that includes multiple gathering rooms to host resident clubs and meetings, a bistro/pub and caterer’s kitchen, demonstration kitchen, and a well-appointed wellness suite with fitness, salon and spa, massage rooms, and sauna and steam room.  There is even a pet salon for Fluffy’s wellness!  Outdoor spaces are centered around three courtyards overlooking a nature preserve and include a pool with lane lines, grilling area, outdoor covered dining, putting greens, yoga/event lawn, and community garden and walking trail.  The units are thoughtfully designed with many upgrades such as two-tone cabinets, closet systems standard, and 50% of units with extra tall ceilings and designer kitchens.
