Having a total of 4 buildings, Boardwalk Marketplace is an urban retail village in O’Fallon, Missouri. The scale of the buildings and their arrangement create a picturesque streetscape and serve as the entrance route to a residential development. Two additional buildings have been designed for future construction, adding 18,000 s.f. of retail space.
