Dunedin Commons //

Dunedin Commons is the first new apartment home development in this area of Dunedin, built on a brownfield, a previously developed site. The project includes four 4-story buildings around a central court made of the clubhouse and outdoor amenities. Two additional 3-story buildings make a strong statement along Patricia Ave and engage the development with the streetscape. The building at the intersection of Patricia and Scottsdale is mixed use, retail on the ground floor and apartment homes above.
