Integra Crossings //

Inspired by the local folk art scene of Sanford, FL Integra Crossings is a lively and contemporary apartment community that offers resort -inspired amenities.  The Grand Room features a modern, free standing water vapor fireplace that grounds the space and provides an exciting location for residents to gather.  Thoughtful consideration of the custom mural within the Grand Room provides energetic colors with acoustic properties to maintain the noise levels within space while paying homage to the arts community.  In addition, the interior design features natural wood elements, black fixtures and pops of color throughout as well as art by local artists to provide a truly curated experience to its residents.
