Laurel Court // Senior Living

Laurel Court is a new affordable active senior housing residence and an office component for the Deland Housing Authority. The property is jointly being developed by Picerne Development Corporation of Central Florida and the Deland Housing Authority. This 80-unit complex is in a three-story building served with an elevator, containing one- and two-bedroom units, with 20% of the units meeting strict accessibility requirements. At one end of the Laurel Court residence will be the attached business office to house the Deland Housing Authority. This 5,500 square foot office will provide the community with information on housing, community and educational resources.
