In collaboration with the client and multiple housing authorities, FORUM’s design of this front-porch community applies principles of Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND): pedestrian friendly streets with buildings close to the street and alley parking. The design incorporates row houses and two-story flat over flat direct-entry units with front porches.
