Overture at Hamlin //

This active 55+ adult community is located in the center of the new master-planned community of Hamlin, Florida, with easy access to Disney World and Disney Springs just off of State Road 429. The design palette was established based on the guidelines of the master development planned community, featuring white washed brick, traditional lap siding, panel and trim with brackets as well as shutters for architectural accents. The design flows seamlessly into the clubhouse, which includes a large vaulted clubroom overlooking the pool with fire place, gourmet kitchen, bar, and a game room.  Additionally, the clubhouse offers a coffee bar, crafts room, movie theater, and state of the art fitness room for the residents. The goal of the community was to offer maintenance-free living, allowing the residents to enjoy life their way.
