Located on bustling Hillsborough Avenue, Park Terrace was designed to preserve the natural landscape. The buildings were carefully arranged away from the noisy roads with critical consideration of the mature trees on site. The clubhouse was articulately designed in order to directly avoid disturbing the adjacent magnificent oaks.
