Providence Living at Maitland //
This 19-year-old building was originally designed/built as a charter elementary school attached to the Jewish Community Center and was only ever half occupied. When the school ultimately failed, our client acquired and rezoned in order to convert to a 100% Memory Care building. Objectives included: detaching and egressing both buildings, organizing facades to be more residential and welcoming, increasing natural light and views.
