Sonceto //

Located in the City of Kissimmee, Sonceto is comprised of two adjoining phases along with an additional third phase which has not yet started design. Phase I is a conventional, garden style market rate project with a “modern farm” design aesthetic that is carried through from the apartments themselves to the clubhouse and small amenity buildings. Phase II is a 55+ active adult community in a single building complete with an attached clubhouse wrapping around a central pool area.
