The Nine at Central //

Located near the University of Central Florida, The Nine at Central will provide students with the latest amenities and the largest courtyard area in the neighborhood. Students will enjoy gamedays on the jumbotron TV by the pool or simply relaxing in the hammock garden.  The Nine at Central has 201 units and 764 beds with a variety of floorplans to pick from. This student housing project will be ready for students to move in the Fall of 2023.
