One of the major design intents for this interior office renovation was to redefine the traditional relationship of management having sole access to perimeter “window offices.” To provide more access to the natural day-light that is present on three facades of the space, the design team developed an inside-out parti that reversed the occupant zones, relocating all of the working cubicles to the exterior, adjacent to the ribbon windows of the building’s exterior. In keeping with the parti, the majority of the management offices were positioned in the central core, while still having connectivity to team members, support staff in the coordination cubes, and constant views to the exterior windows.
