Orlando, FL based tech company Net Conversion hired Forum to complete an interior renovation of an original two-story traditional wood framed building built in 1940 into a 5,315 SF office space with exposed steel structure and wood beams. Located at the corner of N. Magnolia Avenue and E. Jefferson Street in downtown Orlando, FL, the building has been home to a sporting goods store, law firms, and various other companies throughout the years. The new space now offers flexible workspaces, multiple conference rooms, kitchen, lounge/bar, open atrium for collaboration and variety of desking and lounge/social spaces to accommodate a flexible working environment.
